He is the Lead Manager of the Newscape Diversified Growth Fund, the Co-Manager to the Newscape Emerging Markets Equity Fund and is a senior member of the investment committee. Prior to Newscape, Charlie spent 17 years at HSBC Global Asset Management as the Head of Absolute Return managing a multi-asset fund range with assets in excess of $3 billion. He is a familiar face in the financial media and writes frequently as the editor of Atlas Pulse and the Fleet Street Letter, Britain’s oldest financial newsletter. Prior to fund management, Charlie was an officer in the Grenadier Guards, British Army.
