Tritax Big Box REIT (ticker: BBOX) was launched in 2013 and invests in large, modern logistics properties, and has grown to become one of the biggest UK-listed property companies with assets of over £6bn. Its early growth was financed by a succession of share issues, with the trust's loan-to-value ratio remaining relatively stable over time at around 30%.
