Update (Oct 2026): On 7 October 2026, it was announced that shareholders of Brown Advisory Smaller Companies (BASC) are to be offered a full cash exit or the option to roll over into JUSC. JUSC will cut its management fee to 0.65% on the first £200m of net assets and 0.6% thereafter, and introduce a 5-yearly conditional tender offer at a 2% discount for up to 30% of its shares starting on 1 January 2027.
