UPDATE (Sep 2026): Primstone Capital, which owns around 7% of GRID's shares, wrote an open letter in June 2026 supportive of the operational actions taken by the company but suggesting the wide discount to NAV meant the company should consider putting itself up for sale. GRID responded in September 2026, saying that most of its shareholders wanted it to continue pursuing its current initiatives to build out its pipeline, augment some of its older assets, and launch its alternative revenue stream. GRID produced a +4% total NAV return in 2025 and +16% in the first half of 2026.
