Still boring but important My confidence that our new subscription system would work seamlessly and without bugs has sadly proved to be short-lived.  We are finding that a small number of subscribers have temporarily lost access to their accounts and others have not received this new weekly email. In a very small number of cases subscribers are somehow being charged twice for their subscription, which is obviously unacceptable.
